Is the price indicated for one lesson or for all lessons ?
The price indicated will unlock all lessons of the app.
I don't have a credit card, how do I buy content or an app ?
If you do not have a credit card, you can buy our content or apps through Wari or Orange Money, please contact us so we can give you phone number to transfer to.
I bought an app but some lessons are still closed, why ?
Some of our apps have 2 versions (free and full), if you download the full version, you will have two apps with same logos on your SmartPhone.
You must identify the free app (the one that contains some locked lessons) and delete it
I have changed Iphone/IPad, how do I get the app or content purchased on another Iphone/IPad ?
If you have purchased a paid app, search for the app you purchased in the App Store.
On the app description screen, instead of price, you will see a cloud and with a small arrow, press the cloud to download the app for free.
If you have purchased content in one of Linguarena’s apps, launch the free app, then go to the More -> Settings tab and click on the “Restore my purchases” link and your content will be unlocked.
I changed my Android phone, how do I get the app or content purchased on another Android phone?
If you have purchased a paid app, open the Google Play Store app, go to Menu -> My Apps and games -> Library, tap the app and click Install and your paid app will be installed on your phone.
If you have purchased content in a Linguarena app, download and open the free app, go to the More-> Settings or Settings tab and then click on the “Restore your purchases” link and your content will be unlocked.
I had an Andoid phone, how to get the app or content purchased on an IPhone / IPad ?
Content or app purchased from Apple cannot be retrieved from Google.
You can contact us and send us the proof of purchase, we will offer you a code to get the app or content for free on your new phone.

I have received a promotional code for an Iphone/IPad content or app, how do I use it to access content or install an app ?
Open the App Store app in your IPhone or IPad, press the Apps tab, scroll to the bottom of the screen and press the “Use a code” button.
Enter your promo code in the text field or press the “Use camera” button to scan your code, then press the “Use code” button at the top right.
I have received a promo code for an Android content or app, how do I use it to access content or install an app ?
Open the Google Play Store app in your SmartPhone, press Menu -> Use, enter your promo code and press Use.
The app doesn't work on my phone, why ?
Contact us by sending us the characteristics of your phone (brand, system version, etc…) and description of problem you encounter.
I want to buy an app, but I have a message "The app is not available in your country", why ?
The purchase of apps or content is not allowed in some countries by Google.
If your country is not allowed, you can change countries in your phone settings, make your purchase and then reset your country back in the settings.
How can I change my learning language ?
The default learning language is English
Other languages for learning we proposed, at this time are:
- Wolof app (German, Spanish, French and Italian)
- Swahili app (French)
- Bambara app (French)
- German app (French)
If you want to use an app in one of the proposed learning languages, you must have this language set as the language of your phone.
Open to the Settings app on your phone and choose the language of your phone.
